卢永彬，留美博士、硕士，瑞士苏黎世应用心理大学及印度商学院访问学者，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院行政管理系讲师/助理教授，硕士生导师，上海交通大学第三部门研究中心副主任，同时担任国家民间组织管理局社会组织与社会建设上海交通大学研究基地研究员、上海市青年公益人才学院导师、《中国第三部门研究》责任编辑。拥有海内外多年研究、资询、培训、教学及志愿者服务经验，参与包含《慈善法》、《境外非营利组织活动管理办法》和其它社会组织发展相关法律法规及社互组织发展政策制定的意见稿工作，面对全球知名企业、海内外政府、NGO/NPO从事咨询、理事、研究、培训、评估及导师等项目工作。研究方向围绕组织行为学及组织发展两个核心，主要包含社会组织(企业)、领导力、青年创新创业发展、跨部门协作发展等方向。
Dr. Yung-Pin Lu is an Assistant Professor in the School of International and Public Affair and Vice-Director of Third-Sector Study Center from Shanghai Jiao Tong University . Dr. Lu who had PhD. in Leadership Studies, Master Degree in Business Administration from U.S.A. was a visiting Scholar form Zurich University of Applied Psychology and India Business Academy . He plays a researcher role for Social Organization and Contraction of the State Civil Society Organization and an advisor in Philanthropy Human Resource College in Shanghai City . As a scholar, consultant, educator, facilitator, and volunteer, Dr. Lu has over 15 years experiences cross cultures in government, profit & non-profit organizations. He attended the formulation works of “Charity Law”, “Measures for the Management of Activities of Non-profit Organizations Outside of China ” as well as the regulations of the development policy and the draft for the social organization development in China . Now he continues working on the Philanthropy and charity development from East to West and North to south in China .His researches focus on social organization, social enterprise, leadership, young innovation and entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration development which all come from the organizational behavior and organizational development perspectives.
